What happens when it’s not the right time to address the problems normally associated with large scale infrastructure? While the other groups analyze more intrusive options for intervention, the Minimal Change group analyses the best ways to manipulate the City without majorly changing the M8. The group focused on noise and visibility reduction tactics for the motorway and ways to maximize utility of the space below the motorway.
